Note: 1. If you can't finish a print as the filament clogs the nozzle, try the following: (1) Use a nozzle with a larger diameter, such as 0.6mm, for special filaments like carbon fiber, wood, or fiberglass filled. (2) Adjust the cooling fan settings. For PLA, TPU, PETG, etc., you can set the cooling air volume to 100%, while for ABS, PA, PC, etc., you may need to reduce it appropriately. (3) Clean the nozzle or replace it periodically if there is any gelatinization or carbide accumulation. (4) Check and overhaul or replace the extrusion clamp module/heating module.

1. If the filament is crumbly and brittle, possibly due to moisture exposure, try the following: (1) Increase the printing temperature to the appropriate level for the filament. (2) If the filaments have been unpacked and exposed to air for a long time, they may have absorbed moisture. Dry them in a dry box for 4-5 hours before use. Newly unpacked consumables are recommended to be used up as soon as possible, and any unused filament should be stored in a vacuum or sealed and dried environment.
